Durable and waterproof and stink-proof dog gear doesn’t need to be boring! Say hello to our new biothane collection. Featuring all the same benefits of Biothane® but with the Dog Hair INCluded twist, weaving in our pop culture, social justice, and dog geek designs into collars and leashes that can take a licking (just no nibbling, please!) and keep on ticking! 

Our two-tone biothane leashes are different than many other brands. While the printed area is made from  Biothane®’s standard coated webbing, we’ve opted to use their adjustable webbing for the handle and attachment sections. Adjustable  Biothane® is a softer version, which means it’s more comfortable for you to hold and it’s less likely to annoy your pooch (especially smaller dogs). But adjustable Biothane®has, is still super-strong, with a breaking strength of 600lbs, so you know it’s going to hold up for even the biggest galoot. We press each rivet with a machine, to ensure that they are completely secured, including the snap hooks.

Biothane® has all the strength, flexibility, and strength of nylon, but with its TPU/PVC coating, has the added benefits of being waterproof. Which means it’s super simple to clean and non-stinky, so the only post-dip smelliness you have to worry about is your pup’s fur.

Biothane is super easy to clean. Just take a cloth or sponge with soapy warm water and wipe away! If it’s really mucky, you can soak it for a while in warm, soapy water. While the UV printed sections are designed to be weather and scratch proof, we still recommend using bristled sponges and brushes on it. And make sure not to use an alcohol/chemical-based cleaners or to put it in the dishwasher or washing machine. Dish soap and water with a soft sponge or cloth will do the job just fine! Then you can either air-dry it or pat it dry.
