IMPORTANT UPDATE FEB. 5, 2021:
We are having to take our embroidery machines in for some servicing, so for about a week we won't be able to process all our embroidered items, including masks and bandanas until we get them back. We'll process those orders as soon as the machines are up and running!
UK CUSTOMERS: As a result of Brexit, we are unable to collect the necessary VAT through our main website. Fortunately, that function is available for purchases in our Etsy shop, available here.
Please note, that for all orders outside of Canada, we use a USPS broker that goes to the border once a week. So after the printing of a label, it can take a few days for the item to arrive at the border. Once they have been scanned in by our broker, we only have as much information about tracking as available to you.
We're doing our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible, but please be patient as COVID is slowing down things all over. After all, the intern and big boss don't have thumbs! everything.
Please note that all printed items (apparel, tote bags, mugs) are drop-shipped from the United States. If you wish to purchase handmade items at the same time, and you are ordering within Canada, the checkout will default to a standard untracked shipping rate. If you would like a tracked option, simply do two separate transactions.
Free shipping is offered for purchases of $75 or more, excluding printed items.
For Canadian buyers wishing to purchase untracked shipping, we cannot provide any guarantees or refunds if products are lost in transit. We do, however, take a photograph of every stamped package prior to shipping.
We are not responsible for any customs fees that might be due upon receipt.
