SHIPPING INFO
CANADA POST STRIKE: For the duration of Canada Post labour actions, all Canadian orders will ship using an alternative method for a $10 flat fee. These parcels will be tracked, however. And we'll keep that option available for the future as well.
HOLIDAY DEADLINES:
The Dog Hair Included team will be taking some much needed time off to spend with family in December. We will officially be closing shop for all handmade items on December 11th, with all orders being sent out on the 13th. Print on demand items can still be purchased after that, as those ship directly from the printer.

CANADIAN PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS: While most of our print on demand items (apparel, mugs, etc.) are made in Canada, there are a handful that are not. So to avoid any surprises in customs or duties, there is now an option to pre pay (at a dramatically lower cost). If your order includes any items to which duties might apply, you'll now see a shipping option at checkout that will cover that.
Please note that all printed items (apparel, tote bags, mugs) are drop-shipped. If you wish to purchase handmade items at the same time, and you are ordering within Canada, the checkout will default to a standard untracked shipping rate. If you would like a tracked option, simply do two separate transactions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Handmade items and stickers ship separately from dropshipped items. As a result, we ask that you check out separately if your total order is not over $150.
Cake orders: We are currently unable to ship cakes. We are happy to arrange pick-up in Montreal. Please note that if you're purchasing any print on demand items, you will need to do a separate transaction for those items.
UK CUSTOMERS: As a result of Brexit, we are unable to collect the necessary VAT through our main website. Fortunately, that function is available for purchases in our Etsy shop, available here.
For Canadian orders: Standard $4 shipping does not provide tracking or insurance. We do take a photo of every parcel sent, but we cannot provide any guarantees or refunds if parcels are lost in transit. Particularly during the holiday season, we strongly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping to make sure all your stuff arrives in time!
Please note that for some print-on-demand items, they are fulfilled outside of Canada, and so customs may be due. Unfortunately, we have no control over this or over which shipping company is used to send the final product. If you do not want an item printed outside of the country, get in touch with us before placing your order to check if your chosen items are available to be printed in Canada!
For international orders: Please note, that for all orders outside of Canada, we use a USPS broker that goes to the border once a week. So after the printing of a label, it can take a few days for the item to arrive at the border. Once they have been scanned in by our broker, we only have as much information about tracking as available to you.
We're doing our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible, but please be patient as COVID is slowing down things all over. After all, the intern and big boss don't have thumbs!
Free shipping is offered for purchases in Canada and the United States of $100 or more.
We are not responsible for any customs fees that might be due upon receipt.
